Fallout 4 mods downloaded but not working

I found a mod called: The Enhancer. It sounds cool, but it won't let me download it using Mod Organizer. The launcher won't start up properly, it only lets me click internet and exit.

I can play the game but the launcher won't let me do anything except go to the morrowind site and exit.
