Cons: Norton requires a credit card before they will activate the product. Also once they have your credit card it is a difficult 3 or 4 step process before you can "disable" automatic renewal. User beware. Also for me Norton is billing for their renewals days before the renewal date. Be sure and deactivate automatic renewal right away. These things are not Newegg's fault, Just faults of the software provider.
Overall Review: Norton has been protecting all my computers successfully for years! It has a great shortcut menu for any downloaded file you can ask Norton to "scan now" before you ever open that file.
