This game was poorly made for the sake of some cheap laughs - no if, and, or but about it. There's no reward system and near-impossible challenges - little enjoyment is had outside the first couple hours when it's all still shocking. Guts and Glory take on the spirit of Surgeon Simulator in the persona of a racing game.
There's no real objective other than how much you can comically screw up. This is definitely one of those games where you have a few friends over, share the controller, and laugh at all the ridiculous outcomes possible.
