I downloaded a few maps and such, gave them time to download they weren't big files. Then I had a problem connecting to a game. I restarted the game, and a black box pops up at the bottom, with a white bar representing amount downloaded , and it had the title of a map I thought was done 40mins before hand!
It's a pain though because I thought these downloads would just dl, straight away, no fuss. Does any one know any fix for this? I too just started playing it then when i tried to go to a server my friend is in, it took me 1 and a half hour to realize the download wont stop. If any one knows a fix for this please tell us how to fix it so we can also enjoy the game.
Mount all addons that does not have an update. Download all the updated files for addons that are unmounted needs updating. Mount all addons that have been updated. Check Steam for any downloaded addons. Extract these downloaded addons. Mount them. All you had to do is wait!
